Compensation Standard For Insured Goods
*If the goods are lost after being insured, Party B shall compensate according to the declared amount of the lost goods and exempt the agency freight of the lost goods. The sum of freight and value shall not exceed the corresponding insured value. Examples of compensation are as follows:
Example 1 (full insurance): if the value of the bill is declared to be RMB30,000, the agency freight is RMB5,000, the insured amount is RMB300, and the goods are 5 pieces. If 3 pieces are lost, the amount of compensation for the goods is 30,000 ÷ 5 pieces * 3 = RMB18,000, and the amount of exempted freight is 5,000 ÷ 5 * 3 = RMB3,000, the total compensation is 18,000 + 3,000 = RMB21,000, and so on!
Example 2 (partial insurance): if the value of the bill is declared to be RMB30000, the agency freight is RMB5000, the insured amount is RMB100, and the goods are 5 pieces. If 3 pieces are lost, the amount of compensation for the goods is 30000 ÷ 5 pieces * 3 = RMB18000, the amount of exempted freight is 5000 ÷ 5 * 3 = RMB3000, and the claim amount is 18000 + 3000 = RMB21000. However, because it is greater than the insured value of RMB10,000, the compensation is 10000 + 3000 = RMB13,000, and so on!

Compensation for uninsured goods
*If the goods are lost, Party B shall be exempted from the freight for the lost part of the goods and compensate according to the declared value of the lost part, up to $100.
*Examples of compensation: for example, if the value of goods declared is RMB3,000, the freight is RMB2000, and the goods are 5 pieces. If 3 pieces are lost, the amount of compensation is 3,000 ÷ 5 * 3 = RMB1,800. Because RMB1,800 is greater than $100, the value of goods is compensated according to the highest standard of $100, and the amount of freight exempted is 2，000 ÷ 5 * 3 = RMB1200.

* All the compensation value shall be based on the export declaration amount or the amount in the power of attorney (the price of the products shall be based on the market price. If the price exceeds the market price, Party B shall provide evidence to prove the value of the products; If any is false, Party A may unilaterally terminate the insurance agreement.
